 Maybe in another life I would have been a detective, or a researcher. I absolutely love finding solutions. It is no different in my art.
I paint various subjects because I have a desire to figure out ( without anyone showing me how) exactly how to create whatever image, idea or emotion on the canvas.

It's not a spiritual journey, per se. 

It's more about knowing myself so well, that I know the whole reason I paint is to do the sleuthing.

 What makes it even better- color! I do it in colors I enjoy.

The single reason I have not taken a single art class is because I want to figure it out for myself!
Hard headed? Yeah.
But it has served me well.

And knowing this, more clearly now, I'll be pursuing some really interesting subjects.

Lately I've focused on the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.
I am an oil painter of powerful, dynamic landscapes of mountains showing the steadfast determination for you to feel your own personal power + determination so that you can experience your own innate personal power.

And that is way cool!
